Michael Phelps is set to make his second appearance at the 42nd Santa Clara International Grand Prix. There will be more than 20 gold medalists at this meet. I'm hoping Michael Phelps makes a comeback. More details here.

Oops. It looks like Michael Phelps is smoking from a bong in this picture. Actually, it's very obvious that he is smoking from a bong in this picture. At least his sponsors are taking his side and supporting him. But I heard that the police chief is going to press charges. But how will they ever prove he was smoking marijuana? Oh yeah.
