The MPC was founded in the wee hours of 15th August, 2004, shortly after Michael Phelps won and broke the world record in his very first Olympic swim in Athens. Due to time and financial constrain, MPC has set up this blog as a website for convenience in updating. Future upgrading will carry out as soon as possible.
